oatmeal muffins
When making the recipe I usually split the batter in half, to make 6 muffins with chocolate chips and 6 with dried cranberries. That way you can have a muffin for breakfast and on with afternoon tea.

- DRY INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 call-purpose flour

1/2 cgranulated sugar

How To Make oatmeal muffins

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.

3Whisk wet ingredients together. Let stand for 10 minutes.

4Combine dry ingredients.

5Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

6Divide batter in half. To one half add chocolate chips. To the other half add craisins and cinnamon.

7Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups.

8Combine topping and sprinkle over muffins.

9Bake 20 - 25 minutes.

10Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes. Then remove from pan.
